Our History
Since 1993, Kalachian Investment Group has cultivated partnerships, built relationships, and demonstrated growth through various profit channels for investors in commercial real estate. Our award-winning investment property advisory group, Co-founded by Vince and Melina Kalachian, has over $1 billion in sales.
Melina Kalachian is a prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) specializing in Multi-family units, Income Properties, and Office Buildings since 2007. As demonstrated by her achievements within an evolving real estate market, Melina is an expert with a result-driven mentality and commitment to client satisfaction. Her passion for continuing education and market trend awareness allows her to put her clients first—and advise them toward their highest possible returns. Melina has been awarded numerous designations like International President’s Elite, Pinnacle society member, and Hall of Fame awards, including being the #1 producer in the Glendale area for several years.
